MindLibrary is operated by SouthBridge Technology Services LLP, Plot 39, Gulmohar Lane, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021, India.

A prepaid plan for a set number of monthly book boxes for one child. Each box contains three books chosen by our team. Delivery is included.

• 3 months: 3 boxes, ₹2,700
• 6 months: 6 boxes, ₹4,700
• 12 months: 12 boxes, ₹8,500

You pay the full plan price once, in advance, through Razorpay. There is no recurring or monthly charge. Your order is confirmed only after we have verified the payment.

The subscription price displayed at checkout is the final amount payable, inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Invoices or receipts will be provided in accordance with applicable laws. For assistance, please contact privacy.mindlibrary@gmail.com.

Our team chooses the books using the information you give us. Choices are made by people, not automated recommendations.

If a book we send is damaged, incorrect, or a duplicate of a book we have already sent you, tell us within 7 days of delivery with the details and, where helpful, a photo. We will replace it free of charge, either with a later box or separately. A book your child already owned before we sent it is not automatically eligible for a free replacement. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.

MindLibrary makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, suitable book selections, and reliable subscription services.

Book preferences and reading experiences vary from child to child. We do not guarantee any particular educational, developmental, or reading outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MindLibrary is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer commission or another forum under applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
