From your first answer to the box at your door, here is what happens.
Tell us about your child, or pick a plan
Answer a few questions now, or choose a plan and we'll call you to talk about your child.
Pay once for the whole plan
Plans are prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months. There is no monthly auto-debit.
Our team chooses three books
A person on our team picks three books for your child each month, using what you told us. We don't use automated recommendations.
Books arrive at your door
Every month's box comes to the address you give us. Delivery is included in the plan price.
How we handle languages
Many homes use more than one language. We ask separately which languages your child hears and understands, which they can read (if any), and which you like to read aloud in, so the books fit your home.
- Understood: the languages your child hears and understands at home.
- Read: for children who read, the languages they can read on their own. We never ask this for very young children.
- Read aloud: for younger children, the languages you are comfortable reading aloud together in.
- Mix: in multilingual homes, whether you would like mostly one language or a mix.
Signing in and paying
Before you pay, we email you a 6-digit code to confirm your email address. There is no password. You then add a delivery address and pay once for the whole plan through Razorpay.
