Shipping and delivery policy

Delivery is included in the price of every plan. You will not be charged separately for delivery.

If a courier cannot deliver to your PIN code, we contact you to arrange another delivery address or a full refund.

If you bought a plan directly, our team contacts you first to understand your child, then chooses the books. We dispatch your first box only after you have confirmed your child's preferences with us.

If you completed the questionnaire, our team chooses the books using your answers.

We prepare and dispatch boxes on working days: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST, excluding public holidays. Orders paid after 7:00 pm IST begin processing on the next working day.

We dispatch your first box within two working days (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST, excluding public holidays), counted from the next working day after your payment. If you bought a plan directly, the two working days start once you have confirmed your child's preferences with us.

Later boxes are dispatched on or around the 5th of each month, starting with the next eligible monthly cycle after your first box.

If your box has not arrived, tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. If it arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, for damage, a photo.

We check with the courier and, for an eligible lost or damaged box, arrange a suitable remedy at no cost to you. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.

If a box is returned to us undelivered, we hold it for 14 calendar days, contact you to confirm your address, and dispatch it again once, free of charge. If it cannot be delivered a second time, we contact you to agree what happens next.
